About the OC : Initially appeared to be very kind, however, this is just a mask to disguise his manipulative and very dangerous nature. In truth, he cares very little for anyone, and is willing to use everyone as pawns in his twisted games. He once claims to be unaffected by any form of morals or ethics as he views them as mere restrictions on his potential. Therefore, he is willing to stop at nothing to further his selfish ambitions, including manipulating anyone if he deems it to be necessary.

Personality : Surprisingly polite, soft-spoken intellectual, often addressing his subordinates by their given names. He rarely shows any sign of alarm or distress and often has entire situations planned out well in advance. Whenever confronted, Schaduw is casual and uncaring, attempting to draw out a conversation and make small talk, which often infuriates the one he is talking to.

Facts: Remember in episode 2 when Luna turned back into her normal self and the shattered armor was next to her, well this is where Schaduw fits here. In my personal fanon he was responsible of corrupting Luna's heart by telling her how everypony hated the night; he also told her that nopony care about her but her sister. He made sure that Luna's heart turn darker each time he brought something negative on her. By the time Schaduw propose to Luna to accept his powers, Luna had already had so much frustration, jealousy, and anger inside her heart that she didn't thought twice and accept the offer, Nightmare Moon was born now and Schaduw was proud that now he has the power to control the moon and make the everlasting darkness on this world. But unfortunately for Schaduw it didn’t go well as he planned.

This guy would make a great boss for an MLP fangame. Perhaps Luna is forced to defeat his remnants that still are within her mind? He would be fought in an 'arena' on top of a lake of darkness, with black flames surronding it. He would shoot energy projectiles, each needing to be deflected back at him with various techniques. I also thought up a theoretical 'One Winged Angel' form for this guy, a giant horse skull with NMM's head armor and multiple red eyes that is partially submerged in the dark lake, with black tentacles that rise out of said lake.
